I’M NELL. NICE TO MEET YOU.

I love people and I’m endlessly curious. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to exploring what makes life feel meaningful and rich. Ancient wisdom, psychology, human behavior, healing, belonging, connection, happiness… I’ve always been a nerd for this stuff. I am a perpetual student with an open heart and an open mind and an allergy for anything that feels shallow or rigid.

Now I’m a mother of two, currently riding the rollercoaster of parenthood, adulting and becoming who I want to be in this world. Motherhood has been a total life-changer to say the least. It has rocked me in all the ways. It has also further cemented my desire to make the most of this brief precious life by focusing my time and energy on the things that matter most to me. This was the fuel for my training and becoming certified as a Sacred Depths Life Coach.

As a coach it is now my JOB to connect deeply with other humans. It is also my job to immerse myself in knowledge, tools and wisdom that support both me and my clients in experiencing more joy, peace and satisfaction in life.

In addition to being a coach and mother, I am an explorer - an artist overcoming perfectionism - a ping pong and pickle ball enthusiast - an amateur dog trainer - a writer - a photographer and a finder of hearts.
